Who are you and what is your role at HSC?

Hi! My name is Charlotte, and I am one of the receptionists at Health and Sport Central. If you phone up or come in, I am one of the first people you’ll see. I help manage bookings both over the phone and in person, deal with payments, and can help with any other queries patients may have.

What do you like?

I like staying active, so I really enjoy going to the gym. I also love netball, and I play for the Broadfields club in the Selwyn competition. I’m a very sociable person, which is why this is the perfect role for me, as I get to chat to all of our lovely patients!

What are you passionate about in the business?

I love having the opportunity to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walkins in our doors, whether they are a brand new patient or a frequent flyer!
