Many of us have been told to move more to be healthier but this assumes that all movement is created equal. However, repeated poor movement patterns have been shown to increase the risk of compensation injuries because our bodies will give up quality of movement over quantity. The solution is not simply to move more but to first move well and then to move often.
Since most physical pain is related to a movement problem, the solution requires a movement- based solution. My goal is to enhance your health and to keep you doing the things you love longer and better, whether it’s golfing, cycling, playing with your children, or line dancing.
To achieve the best results, we need to assess your movement profile before we decide on treatment. For this I will use a personalized treatment approach that includes an assessment followed by adjusting, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, and/ or rehab.
